Terms of Use (Beta)

Uslimato currently has no legal form of its own. The product is operated by HGE Group. HGE Group is not yet registered as a company and, until the official launch, acts as a private initiative of a natural person.

A full imprint with a service address and all legally required details will follow at the official launch. Until then you can reach us through the contact channels provided in the beta program.

The subject is the free provision of a preview version of Uslimato for testing and evaluation. The beta exists to try out features and gather feedback.

There is no claim to any particular scope of features, availability or continued provision. Features may be changed, restricted or removed at any time.

Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for monitoring activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time and without prior notice, in particular in case of misuse, risk to operations or at the end of the beta phase.

You agree not to misuse the beta. In particular, you will not

• probe the platform for vulnerabilities without agreeing this with us first,
• circumvent security mechanisms or access data that is not yours,
• upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content,
• disrupt operations through automated bulk access or overload.

Do not put highly sensitive or business-critical production data into the beta if you depend on its continued availability. During the beta, data may be reset or deleted.

Personal data is processed following the principles of privacy by design and by default. Details are governed by the applicable privacy policy.

The beta is provided without any warranty ("as is"). We make no warranty as to freedom from defects, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of your data.

You acknowledge that a preview version may contain bugs and that features, data and interfaces may change without notice.

For the free beta we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for culpable injury to life, body or health. Any further liability, in particular for data loss, lost profit or indirect damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

If you give us feedback, suggestions or ideas, we may use them without restriction and without compensation to improve Uslimato. You are not required to provide feedback.

We may adjust these terms and the scope of the beta at any time. We will communicate material changes in a suitable form. The beta may be ended in whole or in part at any time.

At the official launch, binding general terms and conditions will take effect and fully replace this provisional version.
